The Berrien Springs Camera Club had its last meeting of the season on Wednesday, June 4th. Starting off with a great potluck, followed by a short business meeting and ending with a power point presenting all the accepted photos from 2013-2014 competitions, created by Tom and Suzanne McDonough.

Our members elected a new President, Jill Dodge, but other positions remain unfilled. Tom and Suzanne McDonough will be responsible for compiling and preparing digitals for competition nights. If you would like to volunteer to help with club responsibilities your support would be much appreciated. Please leave a message on the Facebook BSCC Members site.

A BIG thank you  to our officers for 2013-2014:

Select topics for next year's competition are:

Abandoned Buildings

National Parks

Chocolate

Trees

Macro

Rocks

Exact dates will be determined in August.

As the BSCC 2013-2014 comes to an end, reflection seems appropriate. We have all grown in individual photographic skills and as an organization.

The sum total of this year's images represented many hours of picture taking and processing.

Each photo characterized an individual's compassion,

experience,

skill ,

and personal consideration

to capture, not just a photograph,

but a precious and singular moment in time.

Keep those shutters activated and your lens in focus for 2014-2015 BSCC.
